Today I want to show this flan I prepared the other day in a pis pas ... very rich, especially for coffee lovers have a taste for cappuccino ... it makes you want to repeat! The recipe is CLV, Mundorecetas forum. CAPPUCCINO
FLAN INGREDIENTS:
- 1 / 2 pint of whole milk (2 glasses and a half of those of "Nutella")
- 4 eggs.
- 125 gr. sugar (about 8 tablespoons)
- 3-4 heaped tablespoons of cappuccino.
- liquid candy mold.
PREPARATION:
Whisk all ingredients and rolled over caramelized round cake pan. I used Viennese Cappuccino (with chocolate) that was which had at home, but you can use what you like best.
